newbie123
I am using Vista Beta 1. Build 5112. I had finished installing Vista. Next I come to this screen where I need to Log in as either an Administrator or Guest. But during installation i wasnt prompted to type in any password? How do I get into Vista. I am stuck at this log on page. Please help me. What password should i use? Or is there any default Vista Admin Password?? Thanks in advance

xxdesmus
several people have said the same problem has happened to them. according to these same people the only fix has been to reinstall and that fixed it for them. happy?
Intersect
if the 1st poster was a proper beta tester then he would know that there is a suport groupe for Vista. why didnt he go there to ask about the problem, answer = because hes not an official beta tester. Happy ?newbie123, as the others have instructed i'd take a shot at just hitting enter. If it didn't prompt you to set a password then there probably isn't one there! :) Goodluck
xxdesmus
lol....how am I even remotely ignorant my friend? ignorant would be implying that I thought he was a beta tester. Perhaps you meant a different word. And I offered a suggestion to his problem.

AQUaDeX
There is no password enabled for Administrator by default, simply hitting enter (or clicking the green arrow) should log you in just fine, and by the way, people like xxdesmus deserves to be stoned.
