I've been trying to make this card work with the new windows vista pre-beta2 but with no success. Does anyone can help with that?

How to load this driver?

go to the nvidia website and search for vista and then download the vista forceware (nvidia drivers are the worst thing i've seen in a long time)

There's no support in the Nvidia web site for this card.

My question is if someone was able to make it work? ever. and how?

Registry tweeks don't work unless you have a LDDM driver people! And we cannot even get LDDM driver that worked on Beta1 to install on Beta2 even though it works! argh............. Anyone finds a way to get a 6800GT AGP to work with Glass without installing Geforce 5 LDDM drivers please PM me or something.

I used Rivatuner to change the id of my 6200 to that of a 6600 and it glass works fine. You may want to enable the other 4 pipelines while you at it so you get better performance.

This works for both build 5112 and 5219 although 5219 takes a bit more work.

Google for Rivatuner and install it.

you still need the Nvidia LDDM drivers installed and you'll probably have to do a few reboots but it works fine.

Yeah, for some reason build 5219 is much less smooth than Beta 1. It also helps if you use Rivaturner to overclock your card a bit but it might not be worth it because the gain is fairly small.
