Ambience
Try creating a new profile, that usually works for me. Go to: Your Drive Letter:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Application Data\Mozilla. Delete everything there under profiles. Open up Firefox, and a dialog box should come up saying, 'do you want to import settings from...' and just go as you were before.

It contains your bookmars. If you have installed searchplugins, they should be safe because they are stored in the installation directory, not in the profile directory (exept for version 1.5 beta 1 which stores custom searchplugins in the profile folder). But I recommend that you delete everything else such as extensions, settings etc. and set them all up again from the start.

Neyht Member Posted September 18, 2005 Member Share Posted September 18, 2005 An extention you have installed may be causing it to crash. See if it does it in firefox's safemode. (disable extentions)
bangbang023 Veteran Posted September 18, 2005 Veteran Share Posted September 18, 2005 Try disabling flash and see if that helps. I often find FX will crash on a page with flash in it. Also, please use more proper english.
