And onemore thing what is the max width/height for the signature. Thanks
Ravensworth
I don't think Neowin allows that, and for good reason. Next thing you know we'd have signatures with audio blaring stuff at us. I just want to read the posts myself, I don't really care about other people's egos. :)
markwolfe Veteran Posted September 22, 2005 Veteran Share Posted September 22, 2005 The maximum dimensions for a sig are 170x550, as specified in the rules here. Make sure your flash doesn't play sounds, either. Don't want people to suddenly have their speakers come to life just while browsing. ;)

Ravensworth
I'm not positive it's not allowed, but I doubt it would be.

akaladis Veteran Posted September 22, 2005 Veteran Share Posted September 22, 2005 I just don't get this whole Flash Sigs thing. Is an image not enough for you people? Dunno about the rest, but I see no point in .swf sigs, so I block them. It's not a matter of bandwidth for me, its just that most are annoying. Shane Pitman
Not all flash sigs are bad, nor do they all chew up vast amounts of resources. Some are even entertaining time wasters. :p

Joel
I removed it. That's not the same flash file you should me before. edit: actually, it may be, but Firefox just has a stroke over it. I was viewing it in IE before.
