Pox
This is interesting, I was wondering if anyone could confirm it for me. Since I installed Vista Beta 1 on a second partition (same HDD) as my XPProSP2, whenever I hibernate my XP system, on resume, the loading screen is different and seems to work a lot faster. I'm curious as to wether vista is designed to do this, or if it is in some way interfering coincidentally.
raskren
The last 3 builds of Vista that we've seen use a different boot loader. The boot loader handles resuming from hibernation.
