should i buy a t68?

That's a good price for an old t68. Considering that you can upgrade to the t68i software for free (or for a small fee), I would definitely go for it.

Take it to e SE service centre. Most Car Phone Warehouse's are SE service centres.

They will upgrade the software for you....free of charge.

Had mine done. Sorts quite a few bugs in the original t68 too.

Gives you more backgrounds, and full support for MMS, which the t68 should have had.

have a read of www.tsixtyeight.com

and www.mobile-universe.org

I personally love the T68, although if you can stretch to the T68i I would. I prefer the design of the phone. I'm tempted for ?199 as well, where is that from?

Oh, and moved to mobile devices forum>

I really wanted this phone, but I think I'm going to go with the T60LX (AT&T's model) for now. They just started coverage for the T68i here and it's very limited. I like being able to travel the East coast and not have to worry about coverage. If I have the T68i, once I'm out of the coverage area, the phone will not work.

So, I guess I will wait. I hope the T60 turns out to be a good phone. It's hard to find decent info on it (other than the Ericsson website).

Advice is welcome!
