I don't know, I have to say yes. From your profile pic I see you have fur and having a beard with fur looks okay.

If this does not help, too bad, this is a decision you should make on your own.

oh, the only reason that I know a beard is bad is cause [some] women dont like them.

I dunno what it is with people on this forum anymore. He just asked a question, maybe you have a reason why he shouldn't or should.. like it cuts down on time spent shaving or that it's a fuss shaving around it! Instead you go 'THIS THREAD IS USELESS!!!!' just answer in a good fashion or just go away!

Anyway, i think beards are pretty cool and i don't get why people say women don't like beards, some do! It's just the matter of who it is and what type of beard they have. Lay off him guys.

Def'ly go with a beard (Y) If chicks dig beards these days, you're good to go (Y) If not, you can shave and your still back in business.

Just don't grow a pubey-beard... only grow a beard if you have thick hair (Y)

No I was just looking at the reactions :D

If I posted a picture it would defeat the point. Seems some people don't understand the art in the question. And to be fair this post is more useful than "what's your OS". At the end of the thread something will actually happen because of it (if I'm influenceable enough to follow your lovely advice) UNLIKE the 27th thread to check how old everyone is.

Zapp I'm not interested in whether you care, I'm interested in your opinion.

Fair enough then, i just think that the whole deal is a personal thing, its really up to you.

personaly i'd say no, but then again some people suit a beard lol.

but what if everyone said yes, would that make you decide to grow one? do you want to fit in or be different? if everyone else has one do you feel the need to do so.

Definately not.

People sad enough to ask on a forum should never be aloud to grow beards, or have children for that matter but thats just me.

Hey! Hey! I didn't ask it in a life-defining manner of whether if my beard grows I will then change my ways etc. etc.! I just so happen to have forgotten to shave for a couple of days (forgotten is a synonym of couldn't be arsed) and considering the average neowin poll I thought it couldn't hurt if I asked you guys for an opinion!

If I was that serious maybe I'd have posted a pic?

Think before you post ;)

I am astonished at the number of aggressive posts!! Guys, come on! :D

On another note the proportion of yesses to nos seems to oscillate now :p

On another other note your sig is very cool.

Thread Cleaned

It might not be the best of polls (if you can have one), but you don't need to flip out on him for posting this.

Your replies are much worse the the original post.

I think all of you should read the rules: https://www.neowin.net/forum/rules.htm

Some of you need to grow up and stfu. Sorry to be blunt, but some of you look like complete idiots and ######.

I don't know what you look like, but I'd say go for it. I would let it grow out so you can experiment with different lengths and/or styles. Personally, I like my face better with a little facial hair (it makes me look older....well closer to my age). Keep that neck trimmed up though.

I just shaved my beard. It was a few days out of control. I like it only to about day two or three then it gets rangy.

I've been catching up on paperwork lately (and wasting spending time on Neown) so I haven't needed to visit clients recently, until today.

My beard wasn't work safe.
