RevoDS
Some shots of WMP 11 have been leaked on PDC but were removed at Microsoft's request. Like Longhorn (Vista) Build 5048, where are we able to see these shots? And if nobody here saved them, what did it look like? The shots were leaked there: http://netryder.osnn.net/pdc05/2005/09/cou...a-player-11.php
Commodore Max
I don't know where they are now ... But I'm pretty sure someone has them on their computer. I have seen them though, and they look quite nice !

hotdog666al
Looks like a Folder in Vista now! Needs to be more Player looking.
legendz411
I just pray that WMP 11 has a MUCH broader range of Plug 'n' Play codecs for music. It is pitiful what WMP10 has now
metro
Looks like a Folder in Vista now!Needs to be more Player looking. 586603521[/snapback] iTunes is probably the only real major threat to WMP in terms of what Microsoft is aiming it's use for. MS wants a big footprint in online music sales, and what better way to look more appealing than drawing off of the look that iTunes has? Apple and Microsoft steal from each other all the time. I am suprised Microsoft didn't jack the look sooner, but Vista is the milestone release that MS has up and coming to perfect the launch of the new look. Let's just hope it doesn't bloat your system as much as iTunes does. I use Winamp as my main media player and used it as my main interface between my ex wife's iPod instead of iTunes. There was no way in hell she was going to install iTunes on my system :p

RevoDS
That's not a bad thing! You made it sound like this. It's only a little bit of consistency in the UI
