The J Man
Is the above computer able to run Vista well?
Zip
your cpu is up to it, but your graphics card wont be able to handle all the fancy effects. you'll still be able to run vista but in a less graphic way.
Commodore Max
The graphics will not be able to render the Glass effects of Vista. I'd wait though if I were you, there are many more Vista Betas and RC's to come !
Morgan
I'd say NO. Update your hardware, especially that RAM and videocard...

TheNay
RAM and Video is not enough, atleast 1GB of RAM will be needed in 32-bit and in 64-bit 2GB. Also, Sata2 hard drives will only do the job apprently AND the new hard drives that come out next year with flash cards on them to speed up boot times, and such. Existing hard drives, EIDE and Sata1 drives won't cut it, or atleast to get those great new features that are in Vista ;)
Rytis
You'll die with that amount of RAM. As for CPU, that will surely do, it runs well under Mobile Celeron 1.3 GHz (tested myself).
