BrendanWOR
I've got an AMDK6 500mhz processor on an IBM Aptiva mainboard. I heard it isn't possible for me to replace my processor (due to my mainboard being a POS :ermm: ), but does anyone know if it IS in fact possible? And if so, would it be able to hold a Duron processor? Thanks!
azazel-
K6 = Socket 7 Duron uses the Socket A formfactor. Not compatible. You're stuck with that until you get a new motherboard.
