It'll run, but not with Glass.

I Have very fine Glass and DWM on this video card using that:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DWM]

"UseAlternateButtons"=dword:00000000

"Blur"=dword:00000001

"Animations"=dword:00000001

"Glass"=dword:00000001

"AnimationsShiftKey"=dword:00000001

"EnableMachineCheck"=dword:00000000

It sounds like you want to use Vista as a primary OS. That's a very bad idea, and I would not recommend that to anyone. I wouldn't even consider using it as a primary OS until the RC stage.
