Deciever Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 Just interested in seeing what type of video displays most people switched from in favor of what else and why they didn't choose the other alternatives(if they tried the other or all alternative video displays) For me I cannot properly compare a switch from normal TV to HD LCD or to HD Plasma or an HD Projector(I will key in though in a few days on that last one =) But I can say the Projector can get much larger than any LCD or Plasma I can't afford and it is very portable for lan parties or any event or video I would like to present. Would have been great to use for the slideshow I made for my bros wedding a few weeks back. Cons yes is the normal stuff projector will appear dim and high light situation and maybe normal night.
