Of course this isnt really an opinion...this is more of an experience question...

id just like to know what percentage of people trust each type...

ive tried all three and find stick the best for protection and duration.

Its the ingrediants that make the deodorant work not method of application.

I use now a aluminium free deodorant, based on Tea Tree Oil. Is fantastic and works better then any other deodorant i have ever used.

I slam the big makers of deodorant for NOT WARNING CONSUMERS that continual use of their products will make the underarms on my shirts go white due to the build up of aluminium.

One other thing, too much alumimium isnt good for you.

deodorant doesn't necessarily stop you sweating... it would have to be anti-perspirant too. for me, i think stick works best at stopping me sweating, but i use spray.

I like using gel bars, lol they work great for me, I don't see how spraying would last all day tho.

Yeah me to...I sweat like a man :x and women's deodourants and anti-perspirants are more like perfumes in an aerosol can. They are crap.

...but I recently found some 'stick' based product which seems to be working quite well. Hurrah :D

Some of mine have also, but then they go light brown :x

But yeah, the ingredients and how they work with your body chemistry are important.
