I have a Linksys BEFSR81 V3 with 2.50.2 firmware. (Latest to my knowledge)
My internet connection will drop at least once daily. All traffic is gone; its not specific to any port. My router is definitely at fault because if I reset it, everything is okay again. Also, with a netgear router I used to use I never had these problems.
I've read in the Linksys support system that I should adjust the MTU, which I have as illustrated in the screenshot below.
One computer is using a static IP so I would assume it isn't the DHCP automatically resolving thats making the router break(?).
Connected to the router is a wireless AP and five wired clients.
My question is:
Why the heck is the router dropping its connection so frequently? Is there any way I can avoid this?
