correllium
I got an eVGA GF4 Ti 4400 last Wednesday and it had been working great up until this morning. When I first powered up, the display was really messed up, it's hard to explain it. Small squares of different colors appeared all around the screen, and when I moved the mouse cursor around in one area more would appear. So I made sure it was securely in the AGP slot, took it out then back in many times, and have even reformatted, but it's happening before I even get into Windows so I doubt that helped. Now, after leaving it out for a bit, the screen is no longer distorted (actually just as I typed that it screwed up again :(). And when I try to install the GF drivers, it goes through the process but at the end the following is displayed: "An error occured during the installation of the device. Access is denied." And I tried my old Radeon and everything works normally. It was working perfectly last night, if that means anything. Thanks for any help :), this really sucks. EDIT: Here's a really bad, low quality picture :D Picture link

realmccoy
One more thing make sure that monitor has proper ventilation around it. I place my monitor a little close to my home office wall once and the video started flickering because of heat problems, I move the monitor a few more inches away from the wall and it started working fine
