M118LR
That is a toolbar background found in the Bitmaps of the aero.msstyle.dll. It won't be transparent though. It's the way the Vista UI is renderd through the video card that makes it transparent.
StevoJD
1. Click Start, Run. 2. Type "regedit" (without the quotes). 3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft 4. Create a key called DWM. 5. Inside of that key, create a new DWORD value called EnableMachineCheck, and set it to 1-2. 6. Create another DWORD called Blur, and set that to 1-2. 7. Create another DWORD called Animations and set that to 1-2. Follow the steps if you want to activate the transparency. You must have Vista though, otherwise try using WindowBlinds 5.
