I8PP
You cannot invite anyone unless you have an extra invitation code, and even then that just leads you to a survey and that does not guarantee entry to the program. No strings you can pull to get him in either.

I8PP
I don't know how you apply... MS just sent me an email invite lol. If he's never participated for an MS beta, have him register himself in http://beta.microsoft.com and or http://connect.microsoft.com. Of course this does not guarantee entry to any betas, definately not Vista, not now at least, maybe for Beta 2 if they want more users. I sure hope your friend wants to truly test thing and provide feedback, not merely for expecting freebies (ie a copy of the final), brag about having it or do stupid things like leak it/info from it to make him think he's leet or anything. TheWahbinator
Betaplace (http://beta.microsoft.com/) is already obsolete: BetaPlace is retiringThe BetaPlace website will retire soon and all betas will be managed from the Microsoft Connect Site. Please post your issues in the community newsgroups on Microsoft Connect since you will not have access to BetaPlace once this transition is completed. Don't ask how I got this :ninja:
