Keldyn Share Posted July 22, 2002 I'm seriously contemplating buying a Mac. Yeah, all the mac groupies have won me over... Although, the probability of OSX on x86 is next to nothing, it would definately be interesting to see. Still, i would much rather run it "natively" on Mac hardware rather than Intel.
sunnyy4 Share Posted July 22, 2002 I'd use VMWare to test it out and give it a chance, and then I'll do away w/ Windows once I learn everything there is to know about OSX. Does that sound like a plan to you?
Chicane-UK Veteran Share Posted July 22, 2002 Even if I had to pay for it, I would do it without hesitation. OSX is one of the best operating systems I ever used.. PLEASE RELEASE IT FOR X86 APPLE!! :)

JK1150 Share Posted July 27, 2002 I might if I could still dual-boot with XP, but I don't think X is coming out very soon, so I am getting a PowerBook in the coming September to add to my collection.
Krome Share Posted July 27, 2002 I would install and test it out... but can't stick to Mac OSX due to the fact that not many software out there support Mac platform...
