AudioDope
Saw this on a other forum, the question can be anything. Are you happy with your life, gf, bf, (or both, jk) computer, parents, etc. you can reply with anything. I'll start it off, i'm currently unhappy due to how stressed i am from school work, projects, etc.

Ryne
In the middle. Prospective new girlfriend, but I'm really tanking in university right now. Economics is bothering me.
lunamonkey
Yep, I love my middle of the road life. I'm not being sarcastic either. I got my job, car, money, house, girlfriend, friends, beer, chocolate frosties. I'm not spiritual, religious, adventurous or ambitious. I'm just happy to be alive, and not being washed away or blown away by hurricanes.
Kerm
We've had this before, but yes i am happy. Just anxious whenever i think about certain choices i've got to make. Uni... :\
Malbojia
I'm certainly not happy today after waiting 45 minutes while the cops where kicking on my back tires just to see if the car was road safe. Then getting a 48 hour warning to fix my exhaust. apparently a working muffler but has a Busted mount is a nono. Atleast i coat wired it to the support bracket so its not dragging on the ground. Was gonna say to the cop mind not kicking on my car, I dont go around kicking his so be polite. But thats when I realized last person to borrow the car got pulled over and fergot to put the registration back in the glove box none the less. The car that I depend on work just got flagged by the QPP so adieu Sunbird GT. Not worth the money to fix it. Gonna have to find another winter car. Whiffle
Yes I'm happy with my life, but I'm not happy about the test I have thursday, the paper due friday, the band rehearsal on saturday, the concert on sunday, the test on monday, and the paper-due-next-wednesday-about-a-book-i-havn't-read-yet. Daninku
Quite happy yes, although life is a bit difficult. But I have a job which I like. I don't have a gf, actually I don't really care about this ... no no I'm normal!! Basically I know what I want to do in the future, music and IT is all I need :) and I'd be happy. I always tell these words to my friends, life would be nice if you make it nice, so try to be optimist and try to take life day by day :)
Xerif
i suddently felt the need to say, no i'm not really a happy person, but i have happy moments, i really love my mom, my dog, my cat... i love to ryde my bike downhill! But, like everyone else, it's not perfect (if it exists such a life). Anyway i'm lucky allready not to be poor, not to be ill, or to born in a country divided by war or hunger. To exist is a challenge, more bearable if we have good things to hold on to. No one has the same circunstances or starting point. I don't want to make a point, i'm currently taking a major on philosofy, and therefore, i didn't wanted also to give you an elaborate blablabla. Sometimes is better to be straight and simple. Thanks for reading this. :alien:
Mr. Chronopoulos
My life sucks. Plain and simple. No gf, no money, no car, crappy PC, tons of schoolwork, tons of stress, among other things.
Kupo-Cheer
Who cares if I'm happy? Will it brighten up anyone else's day to know that I am? Or impact them negatively, or draw any sort of sympathy if I say that I'm not?
NeoXY
Yeah..I'd say I'm pretty happy...have a supportive group of friends...don't exactly have a GF but I'm happy with the position I'm standing with the girl...going out is probabely just across the horizon... Schoo...well...school is school...you get stressed out and all sure..but I learn to cope with it and be content with what I have..things are looking up for me. I feel pretty good :) --edit-- and why does everyone think they need a GF/BF to be happy? :/ Don't ya'll enjoy the single life? cyclingplatypus
I'm happy, I've got a great wife and daughter, I honestly wouldn't change anything about my life... :D I've learned over the years to roll with whatever is thrown at me and not take it to seriously, when you spend time mad or unhappy about something you are wasting that time not doing something you enjoy. jimmybob479
I'm happy most of the time. But I think happy is just something thats really on the surface, and doesn't go much deeper. I think true happiness is much deeper. I've learned to also not trust feelings because their not something to be trusted and easily sway us fool us and can go away as quick as they came. I'm not rich or anything. Middle class family. But even if i was poor i'd have all I need to be happy. If i was rich that wouldn't guarantee I was happy either, because I don't believe that could still satisfy me. There's plenty of rich sad people and middle-class/poor happy people to show that. That's what religion is: a crutch.Chris the Christian: Right. Sal: What? Chris: I said right. I agree. Religion is a crutch. Sal: Wht do you believe it then? Chris: Because we're all cripples ... I can only ask you to be honest with your heart. Have you really found happiness without God?
