Chism
Windows Media Player 8 crashes at the tail end of encoding a song from a CD at 256Kbps. I'm using the MP3 encoding pack from Bink's Windows XP site.
0 Roger H. Veteran Posted July 21, 2002 Veteran Share Posted July 21, 2002 256KB is to high anyways, why bother.... get another encoder or don't encode so high. I don't know what else to suggest but WMP 8 plays media at higher quality than that so i don't know.
0 yashiro
Use another ripper and rip as VBR with the lame encoder alt presets. Better quality than 256 (with smaller file sizes).
