PHP date() question

I have a user registration system, but I have a question. If somebody signs up on Jan 29th, and I want to have a notification go to them EXACTLY one month later - it would be a problem since Feb doesn't have 29 days every year.

So, is there a way if they sign up on Jan 29th to have it send the notice out on the last day of Feb or something like that?

If I were in your situation, I would just settle with either 30 or 31 days and then send it then, rather than a 'month' :)
