Help with outlook express

Question

if this is in the wrong place please move it to the right form.

ok i have a problem at work.

it's on my boss's computer so it really sucks.

this is it she uses outlook express and it has been working fine for years. now when she sends an email she gets an error that says. ..and i quote.

"some errors occured while processing the requested tasks. please review list of errors below for more details."

the thing is that in the error message box below it says nothing..

it is blank.

on the other tab available at that point says under status "WARNINGS"

***the freaky thing is that the email does get sent. but it sits in the outbox and needs to be deleted or it will keep getting sent.

i dont know what to do. i set her account up on another computer and it works fine.

i need to fix her comp. i trid deleting the account and then i set it back up. same problem. i disabled norton 2002. again same deal.

i even turned off the fire wall and still im screwed..

Please help me.....:ponder:

If she's on Outlook 5.5 or less try installing 6, you've probably already thought of this but you looked kind of lonely on this thread, all by yourself and that. ;)
