Does anyone know if they have fixed the torrent association bug?

When I have uTorrent associated with torrent files, uTorrent decides it wants to become associated with everything else. I have to delete it, redownload it, then have it so it doesn't associate with torrent files.

BTW... anyone else have this problem?

It's an awesome program , but i don't know why - i can't stick with it.

Going to keep with my BitTornado for now - i'm really used to it.But i may consider using back uTorrent since it's so fast.

My problem is :

I don't wan't my uPNP on and choosing only one port isn't that good.

I'm still gonna stick by Azureus, the Blue Frog because every uTorrent version I find ends up having a speed problem. It connects to the peers and seeds no problem but downloads always much slower than Azureus even when using the same ports.

Um...if that's the case you won't be able to use any p2p program. UPnP is needed for using random ports, but you do not need UPnp for single port forwarding. What do you do for BitTornado? Just do the same thing in ?Torrent.
