slimshady89 Posted November 17, 2005 Share Posted November 17, 2005 I have a report due tomorrow on Thallium 201 and there is this on section in the report on equations so after doign some research I found out that thallium 201 is a result of Lead 201 being decayed so I started to write out my equation .201............201 ......Pb..-->.......Tl + ?? ...82..............81 something that a atomic mass of 1 and a mass number of 0 .. can someone explain this decay mode to me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Iam guessing it is a positron decay. it is possible for someone to tell me a little more about it I researched on the web.. and I am lost..
