don't know what card would be best but i do know if your computer is old enough to not have an agp slot, that it's going to have a hard time running any games that are worth playing :dead:

lol yazoo...

anyways the system is as follows:

Pentium III 750mhz

256MB ram

20GB HD

as for the mobo i have no idea what it is... i believe its the housebrand from intel but i'm not exactly sure

as for the games that will be played it will range anywhere from RCT to Quake3... Quake3 being the most intensive on the system I believe. Its a hand me down system but I want it to be the best hand me down system I can make it... if the best card that this machine can handle is a geforce1 then i'll get it... but i just want to put the best card this system would be able to run.

the PNY Verto GF4MX 420 PCI cards minimum requirements are

Intel Pentium? II, AMD K6-2? class processor or higher

PCI 2.0 or higher expansion port

64MB system RAM

CD-ROM drive

50MB available disk space

Windows 95 OSR2, 98 or higher

Windows NT4.0 with Service Pack 5 or 6

300 watt power supply

that should work with the pc

theres also a PCI PNY Verto GeForce2 MX400 & MX200 if your a Geforce4mx hate:D:D
