Anywho...bugs can usually be solved by obtaining a new BIOS revision for your video card

I don't really understand what you mean by bugs. If I have my head on right tonight, I would say that if anything, it would be the software's problem. (drivers, the games, etc)

well sometimes hardwares have bugs, you know, like via chipset 686B that has an issue with sound blaster cards, but it can be fixed with bios, yeah, like tracy chapman says, FAST CAR! :p yes, even fast cars have bugs lol, sometimes dealers re-call their products

Well said, but you didn't do your research ;).

As a matter of fact most bugs are "features" intentionally planted by inexperienced programmers who don't know the right way to code. Instead of asking other programmers questions they just leave them in there hoping someone else will fix them. *The real hope* of these programmers is that the user will apprecite it as a new way of experiencing the game and as a result of the gamer's satisfaction get the programmer promoted.

Well then, only seems logical that we should all write Microsoft and tell them how much we miss the BSOD from 98 in XP and tell them that that "feature" was the best part of our daily battles with 98 and that it is sad that they are retiring 98 and we won't get to eXPerience it anymore.... maybe then they'll add more "features" like that to XP. You think?

I think it could work... really I do... ;)

.........hmmm

well, the first batch ( first generation ) of the geforce 4 ti ( 4600, 4400, 4200 ) and g4 mx (420,440) may contain bug....example : not compatible with mobo and un-oc'able...better to check it before buying it

the logo of the first generation of gf4 ti4600 is nv25 ultra

the logo of the following generation of gf4 ti 4600 is geforce 4 ti 4600...
