It's an executable, don't know where i got it from but......

I uninstalled Nero and reinstalled it...

And when i go to task manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL), there's a intruder process called wowexec.exe and i cannot stop this process and now my entire Nero hang and hanggggggggggg for eternity

It must be a virus :(

If someone know what's the problem tell me what to do ?????

P.S priority settings for this process is greyed out ??

??????????????????????????????

WOWEXEC.EXE is a Windows program!!

WOW is an application environment that runs as a user-mode program (the filename is wowexec.exe) and invokes one VDM (Virtual DOS Machine) for all Win16 applications to run in.

Basicly, its just Windows on Windows (WOW) - running 16 bit windows on a 32 bit windows platform

Have you thought that maybe there is something else wrong with your computer than a virus. Maybe you have a corrupt driver, damaged registry (or section of), software (maybe even hardware) conflict ... any other number of things???

is your burner supported by nero?

it must be the file infected

but i have done a security check on symantec

and it was not discovered

OK ... if you've done a scan and didn't find any viruses, why do you insist that you have a virus????
