giantsnyy2002 Posted July 28, 2002 Share Posted July 28, 2002 Ok, i have this jackass friend, JK1150, who is supposedly good at hardware, but he doesnt believe that the AGP card is an advanced PCI slot specifically made for graphics, and that there has been some sort of rule for a long time (as long as i can remember) that the video card always goes first, whether pci or agp (thats why the agp slot is right below the processor), so that it does have the quickest access to the processor. Tell me, aren't I right on that one? Oh and Mike claims that there is a specific order that you have to put PCI cards or your PCI won't boot or something, he is just trying to argue, excuse him.
