_tux_ Posted December 5, 2005 Share Posted December 5, 2005 i have recently started to connect to my work's VPN and ive noticed something strange. when i connect or disconnect, all internet apps drop connection and re-establish connection through the vpn. and all downloads slow down to 30kb/s (maximum upload of the connection at work). is there a way to stop this? what i want to happen is the vpn is used as an extra connection and not primary. so all internet traffic should use my ethernet and not the vpn im connecting to my router through ethernet with dhcp Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
