missing137
I'd be lost w/out Run! I create shortcuts in the system32 folder for all my favorite programs so I can just hit it straight from the Run dialog. I use VNC a great deal on my network so I create a VNC shortcut for all my servers. Now all I have to do is WinKey + R + SERVERNAME. You can do it for any app! Beautiful!! Fred Derf Veteran Posted December 12, 2005 Veteran Share Posted December 12, 2005 I use the run command daily but i haven't gotten into the habit of winkey+r. I'll try to force myself to use that for a week or so and see if it sticks.

Slimy
winkey+r, notepad or mspaint <- compared to actually going and looking for it in programs, much much faster... all the time :D

Master Shake
Wow... thanks for all of the shortcuts! Is there a way to stick a run thing in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen? That would be sexy.

beanboy89
I use it all the time; Start > Run > <typeing command> is alot quicker, for me, than Start > Programs > Accessories > whatever program I want to open. I normally use it for mspaint, notepad, and calc.
