Starting next season, ESPN will broadcast the games. Disney, who owns both ABC and ESPN, decided to let ESPN have the games due to declining numbers over the last few seasons. The contract runs from 2006 until 2011. NBC will broadcast the Sunday Night Football games. They are going to call it Football Night in America. Yeah, I saw that on SC this morning. As long as the Jets don't play the ESPN premier, they'll be fine. It's also a shame that MNF didn't go out on more of a "marquee matchup."
