Smoke Free Day 3 - Feeling better

Recommended Posts

I found you have to not count the days and just forget about it - go bak to the thought of when you never had a need for smoking and then never look back, why ponder something your "never" going to go back to ?

Congrats I managed to ween myself off ciggarettes easily some how , considering I had smoked about a pack and a half a day, just went cold turkey on new years, within the next month of February I had smoked probably only 5 total in the entire month, after that I have not touched them since. Although I do get massive cravings.

congratulations! i need to work on quitting. i've been wanting to for a long time. it's just hard and i'm sure a lot of people can understand that. i think i'll have to change my habits very soon.

Ha, lol, it's been 3 days for me also.... Sunday was my last day for to have a ciggerate...

The only reason I quit was because, i keep coughing. I cough so much, I just had to quit it.

I feel good, I'm not using any patchs, WILL POWER! man. It's hard but I'll get through it.

I have a question, (not to hijack your thread)

If I have a ciggerate once a week, I won't get addicted will I?

for example, If I go out to a club, I could have one. but not get addicted right?

sort of a social smoker.
