Smoke Free Day 3 - Feeling better

Recommended Posts

Ha, lol, it's been 3 days for me also.... Sunday was my last day for to have a ciggerate...

The only reason I quit was because, i keep coughing. I cough so much, I just had to quit it.

I feel good, I'm not using any patchs, WILL POWER! man. It's hard but I'll get through it.

I have a question, (not to hijack your thread)

If I have a ciggerate once a week, I won't get addicted will I?

for example, If I go out to a club, I could have one. but not get addicted right?

sort of a social smoker.

It's depends on what type of a person you are. I smoked a little less than a half a pack a day for about 8 years. I quit about 3 months ago and have smoked a total of about 3 packs in those three months. I only smoke when I have been drinking and have on two occasions bought a pack and smoked them all in one night. I only did this because I knew the next morning and until the next time I drank I wouldn't smoke a single one. I go weeks at a time without smoking a single one, but if I know I'm going to be drinking all day I might run out and get me a pack.

Smoked for about 35 years, quit January 3... cravings like crazy at time... i went right out and bought a 24 and started drinking with friends that smoke... still off the butts

Hard thing to quit.. i went on the patch for 2 days then cold turkey... had headaches.. nose bleeds.. stressed right out.. hard thing to do.. QUIT.. don't want to be hooked up to oxyegn bottles later in life..

Give me the blue pill when that happens.

I'm pretty sure you will be addicted anyway, considering you already were addicted.
