ceminess
I have a room down the hall that I want to split and run the signal to my room but I don't want to run some big ass cable down (which will make it look ghetto) and I do not want to pay my cable company to come out and install another jack in this room. So is their any wireless technology out their that will let me wirelessly connect the jack to my tv. Or if not does anyone have any suggestions on what I do here. Thanks in advanced
Rudy
yes but it's expensive (way more than it would be to get a cable guy to come out)

That's not it... That will distribute a wireless signal over coaxial... Opposite of what he wants.

Steffan
bestbuy sells a wireless cable tv kit http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?sk...d=1089891320402
Ruciz
Another thing to consider with coax is the frequnecy it runs at, which can cause interference or the signal could be interferred with while transmitting. Thats why coax is shielded. It is probably in your best interest to have another coaxial jack professionally installed if you want the best quality for price. If you are buying a device like listed above consider "line-of-sight" and losses when it goes through walls..
