Automated image mapping software?

Hi

I've got a picture made up of a load of 32x32 pixel squares. I'd like to set up a rectangular (ok, square) imagemap on every 32x32 square. At the moment I want them all going to the same place, but with a different title tag, which would be ascending (1, 2, 3, etc.)

I'm using Dreamweaver and can't find anything in there to automate it, so is there anything out there?
