just as the other poll about being ashamed of your kid is gay is equally as stupid.

this is to make that exact point that neither is to be ashamed of

The other thread posed a valid question. This does not

so dont breed. save the world for the rest of us sane people.

Nashy

you realize that gay is... not straight right?

No **** shirlock. Its a stupid question to ask.

So, what? DOn't breed because some people don't want their kids to be gay? Thats got my vote as dumbest comment of this year so far on Neowin.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. My children (when I have them) will know where I stand with homosexuals. They can choose what they like, but don't expect their father to have anything to do with them if they choose to be gay.

So you "chose" to be straight then? Or did you find it just happened naturally?

Was there really a point in your life when you "chose" what you prefered?

BAM! That's the magic question. And the answer is NO. Anybody who answers yes is just grabbing at the air for excuses.

I say choose rather than turns out to be gay.

@ me never being a father

You have your opinons, and have been bought up differently to me. So don't bother with your crap, I've heard it all before. I'm allowd my opinion, and I will keep my opinion no matter how many people think it sucks.

There is no right or wrong answer in the gay debate, yet people who are for it always seem to think they are correct. So shutup, because you arn't open to hear both sides of the story.

My opinion is just as valid as yours, the difference is, i'm in a minority, you are with the majority. Personal reasons, family reasons, religious reasons, all the reasons I can give will be over looked, because people like YOU, don't want to accept that people are here who don't feel the same way as you.

Well I'm afraid to say, we will always be here, because society will not fully adapt to the gay culture.

Hell, I know there are gays around, and there is nothing I can or would do to stop that, they are here, and thats fine. My children on the other hand is my business, not yours.

So butt, the hell out of it. Again I state. My opinion is just as valid as yours.

Ignorance shouldn't the the cause for an opinion. But alas, it looks like people with your opinion only have it BECAUSE of ignorance.

I sure hope you do have to deal with a homosexual child. Then you'll have to rethink everything you've ever thought. Have fun with that.

Course I didn't. Just like Homosexuals don't choose to be gay.

Like I said. I used Choose in place of "Turns out to be gay"

I'm actually 19.

Ignorant. You can call it what you like. I should be allowd to discuss my personal opinion without being attacked by the minority.

I call you immature for not accepting another personal point of view as valid. Hows that sound?

No, I'm asking you. Did you choose to be straight?

Being gay is a choice. How would a gay person pass on his/her genes? If its not a choice and its geneitc who passes on the gene?

Why dont gay ppl just admit they just want to be gay or would that mean it would hold you accountable for your actions and not some uknown force you can blame.

They don't choose. Its something the person is born with. I thought it was prooven years ago. Just like peopl who are straight are straight, people who are gay, are gay.
