Norton Ghost and Drive Image from Powerquest will both get the job done for you. I personally use Drive Image. And have no complaints. Works like a charm.

I have an image of nothing but the OS with all my drivers and Windows updates on it. Anytime I fry my system, I am back up and running inside of 15 mnutes with a completely clean OS. It makes playing with betas and experimenting a lot more fun because you are not worried about a long drawn out reformat and install if things get unstable.

When you use Drive Image, it can be run from Windows or from floppies. When you run it from Windows, it will reboot your machine and load its graphical version of dos. It is really too easy.

Follow that link. It not only gives you the step by step directions, but also gives instructional videos. That way you can see what the user interface looks like and how truly simple it is.
