gunky
I switched from arrow keys (rainbow six was the first fps with mouse aiming that I played so I got used to it) to WASD because of Quake 3. There weren't enough buttons surrounding the arrow keys to have all of the guns at convienent access.

Buttus
yea, WASD default, and just learned to use it... one question, i've tried to make it so i have the left mouse and also another key as the primary fire, because when i'm zoomed in with the sniper rifle, i seem to jerk the mouse as i shoot, and miss the mark... it never works tho... strange... revvo
The only time I use a WASD config is for Battlefield 2 vehicles, that's it. Can't stand WASD otherwise. All the fingers can mangled up when trying cool jumps in Quake unlike my "Mouse2 = Forward" config :p

AndyMutz
i never used WASD because i need more keys around for other stuff (weapons and other ingame functions), so after using arrow keys in the beginning, later i settled with ESDF. -andy-
