JK1150
if you guys elect a conservative, where will Alec Baldwin go if George Bush gets reelected... oh wait, that already happened and he's still here... despite what everyone is saying, I don't think Bush really cares that much about the election, the trade agreements and war agreements we have with Canada will be the same if a liberal or conservative is in charge irreguardless. Harper seems like a good guy with good values, but otherwise doesn't really make a difference. Would be funny for those people who moved to Canada because Bush won... if there are any. Don't listen to me though, Michael Moore will tell you how to vote: http://michaelmoore.com/words/message/index.php?id=
haibinyin2000
I'm voting for the Conservatives. We need a change in government. And for the supporter of the Green party, if you wanna criticize the Conservatives on their environmental policies, you have to know that even if the Liberals have signed the Kyoto Accord, Canada is unable to reduce its gas emission levels. It has actually increased by 30% in the last 10 years. Will it be possible to reduce it by 10% in the next three years? Come on. So it's better to come back to reality and have realistic goals. Eli
I think I'm going NDP. I was Conservative but at a recent political debate, the concervatives and liberals said some stuff about post-secondary education that I didn't like and as a college student, I care about this stuff. +Troll Subscriber¹ Posted January 22, 2006 Subscriber¹ Share Posted January 22, 2006 I live right across the border in Detroit so I hear the Canadian radio stations. All I hear is the liberal party ads saying that Harper is buddies with Bush, so vote Liberal. All that has succeeded in doing was make me want to vote for Harper, because the liberal party seems to have no goals, but rather the "We don't like Bush so vote for us." So even though I'm not from USA Jr, I'd vote conservative given the chance :)

Scudworth
Yes. No. The above answer being no, obviously no one. I've been voting age for 4 years and I haven't cast a single ballot. I don't pay enough attention to know which party represents me best, but the way I see it my vote a) wont make a difference (yes, yes the old cliche), or b) my vote will make a difference, but once elected, they will renege on their election platform promises. brandon.mat
If I was of legal age i would vote liberals or NDP's. Conservatives bring nothing at all that anyone would want in Canada. The reason Canada is such a good place to live is diversity and equality. The conservative are for privitisation of everything thus meaning that we will adopt the same healthcare as the states...which means if your rich you get it if your not you don't. Which i highly find unfair. Thus I hope people have hearts and vote liberal, conservatives have nothing to bring to Canada that is good, it'll just set us back years. Just my opinion. They have been dwarfed by the Tory attack ads. There are few Conservative ads that detail why to vote Conservative other than ones with the "Liberals are corrupt" slogan. There is even a Conservative attack ad claiming the Liberals use attack ads (How contradictory), which didn't happen until a month after this commercial aired. sim1
LoL I dont wanna explain why martin should be out because my anwser is too long  but yeah, my dad did a "strategic" vote to kick out frulla (he voted bloc quebecois  ) but I think that if I had the age I would vote for the green party. Not only because I love the nature but also because I think we need to encourage them to help them become bigger for the future.
