Hello Windows Live Mail Beta Testers,

My name is Terry and I am your point of contact for the Windows Live Mail Beta. Please welcome Arne, who after nearly 10 years on various Microsoft teams has joined us as our new Mail Beta Program Manager.

We would like to thank you for your time and dedication testing Windows Live Mail. Your outstanding efforts and feedback are crucial to the improvement and quality of our product.

Looking at our team contribution we realize the need to increase our presence in the newsgroups. In the future we will regularly review your feedback and improve our communication with you, our customer.

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Windows Live Mail Beta ?Bug Bashb>? to be held Monday January 23rd. Yes, just 3 days away!! This will be a great opportunity for us to work together to find quality bugs for the product team. Please watch for the bug bash details that will go out at 10:00am PST on the 23rd. We will be awarding some great prizes for our top bug finders!

We want you to be creative while testing, explore the product and try new features that you normally are not using! We will also be posting scenarios for you to test against specific features. Give us your feedback on your experience by completing the scenario survey.

We are looking forward to hearing your feedback on your overall beta experience. This will help us ship the best Mail product ever!

Kind Regards,
