Dr Tatiana's Sex Guide to All Creation - Part 2 - Good-Time Girls (60 mins , Rated: M)

Genre: Documentary

This program is the definitive and original guide to the evolutionary biology of sex. The three-part series explores the science of sex, considering everything from why females of so many species are so promiscuous to why sex exists at all. The series has been adapted from biologist Olivia Judson's bestselling book in which she assumes the persona of Dr Tatiana, a witty sex advice columnist. Part two examines how female field crickets trade food for sex, while wanton female ladybirds don't even need food to be persuaded to leap into bed. Dr Tatiana questions what females find attractive in males? Tonight's program includes interviews with Ned Place of UC Berkeley's Hyena Project, Mike Majerus, ladybug specialist and evolutionary biologist at Cambridge University, and Martie Haselton, an evolutionary psychologist at UCLA.

There is a fair bit of soft-core porn aided on Friday nights. CityTV has an adults-only movie (available on basic cable or over arial). Showcase and/or Bravo often show something artsy containing nudity. Plus shows like Real Sex which are quite hilarious (well, seasons 2 and 3 anyway). Teletino shows "Latin Lovers" which is a soft-core porn thing made by Playboy (in South America).

How would you know Fred :shifty:

Anyways yes there is.

What exactly do you mean by TV though?

As in there's cable tv, satalite tv, etc. etc. So at any time depending on the channel, there can be full blown sex, not just nudity. Also, any country can have satalite tv, which have hundreds and hundreds of channels, lots of which are full porn channels.

Anyways, lots of nudity on tv that I watch here in Canada, although I very seldom do watch any tv at all.

I took the question to mean over the air transmissions or common cable packages (no movie channels, PayTV or Pay-per-View).

This is what I was thinking as well, but I decided to leave it open to get the broadest range of opinions.

I think technically in Canada nudity is allowed if the viewers are warned prior. Here in Toronto, CityTV airs movies on Friday (I believe) at like 7 oclock which sometimes (fingers crossed) have nudity.
