Laurë Veteran Posted January 29, 2006 Veteran Share Posted January 29, 2006 I got to question 8 and gave up. I am disgusted that it only has metric measurements. I work in miles not KM and I'm not going to spend hours converting  Anyway, last time I did something like this, it said that we'd need about 2.3 planets if everyone lived like me. John S. Veteran Posted January 29, 2006 Veteran Share Posted January 29, 2006 (edited) I can't believe how high some people's are, I hope it makes them consider their impact on the planet, but I doubt it will. That's real easy to say when you have things like public transportation in a country with 1/5 the population of the US. Walking 15 miles to work or 5 miles each way to get groceries is not going to happen here. If we all lived in the state of Oregon, which is slightly larger than the UK, we'd all be bussing and walking everywhere we went.
