Power Producer

I recieved my laptop last firday with power producer preinstalled on it, however whenever i click to open it i get the spalsh screen and then i get this:

"Producer MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

if i click on the click here i see this:

"AppName: producer.exe AppVer: 3.2.0.1604 ModName: sysvpmgr2.dll

ModVer: 3.2.0.1928 Offset: 00029a77"

so i have tried unistalling it then reinstalling it, however when i uninstall it i get these errors:

can anyone tell me how to manually register these dlls and see if that fixes this problem or if they have their own solution how i can get this program to work that would be helpful,

Thank you (EDIT: i did a spell check as i am not used to this keyboard yet and some of the buttons aren't being registered as i am not pressing them properly)
