0 DELTA75329
Nero for OverBurn, EzCD for everything else. Love 'em both, but I prefer the interface of EzCD. ;)
0 Yazoo
Nero, becuase its better. EZCD is so bloat and unstable its laughable. People who like the bloat will like EZCD (minority) Nero rox the bloat :D

0 MaxPayne1357
I started out useing EZcd only cause it came with my burner, then i found a better alternative called nero and have never gone back. I like nero cause it gives me full control over burning a cd, unlike ezcd which is more like 1 big wizard.
0 stutotherescue
I have to say that i TOTALLY agree with MaxPayne1357 ....because i too started out with EZcd...but then i saw that everyone was using Nero...and I will NEVER go back. Nero gives you SO much more control over things.

0 BroChaos Veteran Posted August 15, 2002 Veteran Share Posted August 15, 2002 never going back to ezcd. with the take 2 crap that went on, and then just installing the damn thing on xp can be a chore if you don't do it right, why not just use nero, which just plain works? I would say it?s really a matter of personal preference. In my case I have ?em both. Nero can do things that EzCD cannot, such as OverBurn. But in most other cases I find that EzCD?s interface makes the job real fast if you?re in a hurry. Having never had any problems with either product, I?d have to say both are stable, reliable and fast. That?s been my experience anyway. But then, when it comes to stability, I?ve been somewhat lucky as well as smart when it comes to what kind of PC I build. Of course, ever since I canned Windows 98 in favor of Windows 2000/XP, I?ve found my life to :) much easier. :)

0 GoslingEd
EZCD. Intuitive interface, decent feature set, but for any sound tweaks, CoolEdit first for the audio CDs.
