In light of all the controvosy over MySpace lately, and the usefulness of Facebook I've been savoring in lately, I decided to create this poll.

Side note: I'd normally include LJ, Xange, and all those other sites (even Tickle), but this is specific to MySpace and FaceBook because they're both popular amongst colege students, and they're mostly used for networking reasons, and Tickle is rarely used. You can include Tickle as a "neither" opinion, tho.

Discuss! ;)

heh i haven't used either in a long time, but i used to like facebook more... mostly because a lot of myspace people suck at customizing their page...

EG: hot pink background with white text and raining pictures of hearts....

I also liked how facebook was limited to college students.

Facebook, for the reason that people can't create their own "designs." I also hate it when you go to a page and some music starts playing.

1. Ever heard of individuality?

2. You can turn off the automatic music-playing in your profile options.

I answered MySpace because FaceBook doesn't happen to support the college I go to (yet). I can't really judge FaceBook, so I had to go with MySpace.

Make your own site. Then you have full customizable control over it.

Right now I'm hosting 2 other friends (soon to be only one though due to conflicts).

Create your own group of friend site for just you and your friends. I'm sorry but I don't need the internet to "make new friends" by posting angled shots of me and doing online surveys to tell me which soft drink I am.
