Pyro
Hey, Recently when my dad was on vacation, I ran up a curb with his car (because of the canadian winter) and the rim chipped. Not a little chip, it's about 3" long. I went to the dealer to see how much a new RIM would be, they told me $400 without a tire. So now im looking for alternate ways I could get ahold of one. Im sure someoen has a smashed car, or got some nicer rims and ants to get rid of one. The car is a 2002 Hyundai Sonata. And the rims look like this... http://www.elepent.com/photos/hyundai/sonata.jpg Im located in Toronto, Ontario. any help would be greatly appreciated. goodcase
try a junkyard...somebody might have junked there car, but the wheels might befine.....ebay? And if worse comes to worse, then bring a jack and a tire iron with you at all times, you never know when you might see the same car. :shiftyninja:
Pyro
LOL, that was my first thought, why not just go at night and grab a wheel off the same vehicle. But i can't be doing that. I will check to see if there are any scrap yards around, if anyone knows any other way I might be able to get ahold of one, feel free to post. pto
$400 canadian for a 19" rim? Sounds a little extreme to me..

Michael_C
Find an auto wrecker who stocks Hyundai parts and you should find one, the're not exactly a rare car.
