flupke
I LOVE spicy food! I mainly use little red peppers, red curry paste & sambal oelek. That's the real thai stuff :shiftyninja: And remember kids, always add coconutmilk after using -not-more-then 2 spoons of red curry paste.. or else you'll burn up. briangw
i LOVE spicy food....but most stuff they sell at restaurants etc is pretty mild to me....i like it SPICIER!! :p You need to come to the states. There was a place in Chapel Hill, NC called the Flaming Burrito. I took a bite of "The World's Most Dangerous Burrito" (Yes, that was the title on the menu) and had to get something else. Also, Chipotle's hot sauce coupled with Chipotle Tabasco on their burritos is VERY spicy.

dreamz Veteran Posted February 10, 2006 Veteran Share Posted February 10, 2006 Asians don't have it any other way! :p having grown up in thailand, i'm used to it. i try to eat spicy food whenever i can. but not that bland stuff they serve here in the states. peppers, chilis, sauces, etc. here suck. thai spices are some of the best. Nexus
I like spicy foods, but not to spicy, because if its to spicy it tends to come out the same way "hot, spicy and burning."

MytMowse
I love spicy food, but I dont feel the heat in spicy foods no matter what pepper they're using, guess I'm just used to it. But I lllllllllove the flavor of foods with spicy stuff. Only way I know it's hot is my nose starts to run.
DodgeViper
I have to say that food needs to be spicy otherwise it's tasteless as another poster said, the more spices the better, I can go without taking a sip from my drink for a long time.
