writing to mp3 id tags.


Question

hi,

before i used to use wmp8 with the windows media player bonus pack. i used to use the Media Library Management program that wrote the data i had edited in wmp in to the mp3 files themeselves. however, now i use wmp9. i tried media library management program but it doesnt work.

does any one have any solutions?

You can use the OS (if you'r running XP) to edit id3 tags, just right click a mp3 file, go to properties, summary, click advanced and there you have it.Hope it helps cuz you dont have to have winamp installed.

wmp9 is great and has advanced tag editing built-in. just right click a file a choose advanced tag editor

also, the wmp8 Media Library Management powertoy's functionality is built-in, look at the options dialog and choose media library. furthermore, review settings on this and every tab! their are some real gems in this program!

and there's now no need for any other player!

MusicMatch Jukebox 7.2 has a feature called SuperTagging. It identifies the song files and downloads all the info... even the album art. Piece of cake for tagging your files quickly and accurately.
