@Bilithy and Stealth-X, who mentioned you both? I Appreciate b0se's work, he's one of the best skinners around, but seriously a lot of time had passed, and i'm pretty sure that he got some free time in all of this time that passed, if he wanted to finish it he would've done it long time ago. I believe b0se want to finish it, but maybe there is some reason for this delay. As for me, i gave up on this visual style long time ago, although i liked it once and i appreciate b0ses' hard work on this one and any other thing he did in the past.

one thing that bothers me is i was going to help with this visual style, because b0se knew he would not have time to do as many colors as he would like. i was told i'd be sent the files so that i can make more color variations, but was never even sent that. so honestly i think this vs is dead. don't expect any updates for a long time, if ever...

The Startbotton actually came from StevoFC XPAmp vs from a few years ago. I just ported into this theme and redid the color for the pressed Startbutton. The credit goes to StevoFC!

well the thing is there really isn't much to finish. just any bug fixes that have come up, unless he plans on drastically changing the whole thing. all i was basically waiting for was layered psd's that he said he made to make the process go much faster for creating new substyles.

but whatever, i have no interest in even using this anymore. so it really makes no difference.

i had plenty of interest in october when this started. but incase you haven't noticed it's april now. I was more than happy to help, that's why i offered. but now i really don't have any interest in even using it. that's not saying i wouldn't help still if he wanted it, but personally it doesn't effect me at all in terms of using it.
