Ive been with T-Mobile, infact it was One 2 One when i joined them for years now, not had a single problem, and the customer server has always been excellent for me.

Orange, without a doubt. It's all human customer services and their rates are the best in the UK excluding 3 who have poor reception and poor customer service

I've been with Orange and Vodafone -- which were both fine.

Now I'm with O2, who I believe to be excellent all-round. Great coverage and customer service. (Minor criticism: the website has proved a bit dodgy when i've used it in the past.)

If I was choosing a network I would take into account where I live or where I would be using the phone the most, then ask mates which they use and what provider they're with. My mate was with O2 and got full network reception at his farm; now he's with T-mobile and has to lean out of the window to send a text message.

Vodafone has best network coverage, but orange has excellent customer support.

You should have made it two questions. One about quality/coverage or network, and one about customer service.

I must say the reception is not amazing with 3 and yes the customer support is abroad I believe and terrible. Prices are nice though. I will soon get paid to answer my phone and recieve text messages haha?!?

I have been with 02 for years - here's why:

* Always give me the phone I want for free

* Whenever I change my calling habbits, they pro-actively set me to a tarrif that suits after 1 call to confirm

* Amazing levels of customer service

* I borked a phone myself, no insurance, they just shipped me another

* Lower call charges in general

* They worked out a special plan at my suggestion, because I have been there so long they give me amazing discounts

* Never had any network problems

Here's why I DON'T go with others:

Orange:

They set me up with 2 lines at my request. 1 was free calls during the day, 1 was free calls in the evening. They set them up the wrong way round. Their error, but they billed me wrong, and I ended up owing about ?500. They never resolved it, and used to cut me off, even while it was still under investigation. They felt I should pay it and THEN they would investigate and refund me.

VodaPhone:

No issues per-se, but Singlepoint messed my mates about so many times that it soured me against voda in general (FYI: Singlepoint used to be voda, then part of phones4u). They set 2 mates up on contracts with Voda that didn't exist. Not voda's fault, but they were happy to bill and then deny any problems.

T-Mobile:

Always seemed a little bit too "small time" imho. Maybe because One2One were.

3:

LOL - what a joke!

Heyyy few questions for you njlouch, kinda shocked by your comment.

* Always give me the phone I want for free (Only when you upgrade your contract or in between as well when you ask for one ? )

* Whenever I change my calling habbits, they pro-actively set me to a tarrif that suits after 1 call to confirm

( Do they call you themselves to put you onto a different tariff, or when you happen to call them regarding your usage, bills, minutes remaining, etc they help you with a priceplan or even out of the blue? )

* I borked a phone myself, no insurance, they just shipped me another ( borked? For a charge i suppose? )

* They worked out a special plan at my suggestion, because I have been there so long they give me amazing discounts ( What was the special plan ? )

why the lol at 3?
